We had a twin room with a charming view. Marble bathroom was huge. Our accommodation was set in a central location adjacent to night market and Tungjungan Shopping Plaza, old Surabaya downtown, markets, the harbor, museums, zoo, and many other interesting areas and many other interesting areas.

Well-appointed and well-maintained unit with a classic decor. Highly courteous staff, very good services, including lots of delightful delicacies. Central location, at a walking distance from Submarine Monument. Next to the preservation of the original Art Nouveau details from 1910, many other interesting areas, and stunning gardens.

It was brand-new, generous-sized and in colonial style. The staff were all responsive and reasonably good! It was in the central location very near to tunjungan shopping centre.

The venue was set in the central position close enough to a restaurant, and a huge shopping mall. A cool bonus was nearby Java Mocha, that offered tea and coffee. Because of a problem with a double room we were upgraded and had a stylish room in colonial style.

Reasonably clean, iconic hotel, I greatly enjoyed clean rooms and lovely staff. The breakfast was absolutely stunning and complete with cheese grated over the top and fresh rice and western dishes. The location was marvellous, for example, Pointed Bamboo Monument was at walking distance from the venue.

The unit we got was fabulous and adequate with amazing bathroom, an outside terrace plus ridiculously good value.

The staff was very professional, responsive, and everything was really good. Had a twin room in old java style and wake-up service was available in it.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious and peaceful. The location was prime, with easy access to local attractions and shopping. The staff at Mgallery were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could have had more variety.

Rustic atmosphere, comfort and serenity, close eough to the shopping district and some fine food available at the hotel itself.

Had an excellent stay on this visit, glad I've chosen it. Very good and really kind staff, everything was brand-new. Awesome and stunning location in the Indigo restaurant, met the demands. I truly enjoyed the hotel!

Thoroughly enjoyed this miniature hotel, and we would book here again. The room was absolutely fabulous and adequate with north garden and sofas and colonial style furniture, just what was needed.

Central position in a garden with CHARMING views. Very spacious bed in the twin room, plus an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe.
